We had a wonderful stay at this charming flat in the heart of town. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the well-equipped property. The sunny balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding hills and the living room was adorned with lovely roses. The high-class furnishings and quality bathroom added to the overall comfort. With private parking available for our classic car, we felt secure throughout our stay.
The internal stairs could be challenging for some guests, especially when arriving after dark.

The location was sick, right in the middle of town so we could easily hit up all the cool spots. We went cycling, and man, the trails were gnarly! And the best part? The flat was totally chill, with comfy furniture and sick views from the balcony. We had a blast and would totally come back!
The only bummer was that there wasn't a rad party scene nearby. It would've been sick to have some happening clubs or bars to hit up after a day of epic adventures.

We had an amazing stay at this engaging historical town flat in the heart of Bakewell. The owner welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a personal tour of the property. We were pleasantly surprised to find useful food items in the fridge and beautiful roses in the living room. The sunny balcony with comfy furniture provided lovely views across the town and hills. The high-class furnishings and equipment throughout the flat, along with the very good quality bathroom, made us feel luxurious. The range of relevant literature covering the area was a nice touch. We also greatly appreciated the private parking in the secure yard, especially for our classic car. we would definitely return to this venue and this property.
One drawback we encountered was that parking could be a bit awkward for loading or offloading. However, with a little patience, this was not a big problem as we were provided with a secure dedicated parking spot a couple of hundred meters away.

Nice cosy flat, close to everything. Great welcome box. Virtually faultless. Drying room for walkers.
Just be patient. And bring a torch for the internal stairs, unless you want to break your neck.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the owner personally welcomed us and showed us around the property with a tour that left us jaw-dropped. The fridge was stocked with useful food items and we were greeted with lovely roses in the living room. The balcony had comfy furniture and the views of the town and hills were stunning. The flat itself had high-class furnishings and top-notch equipment, especially the bathroom. We were impressed by the good range of relevant literature about the area. The private parking in a secure yard was a huge relief for our classic car. We would definitely return to this incredible venue and property. The location is perfect, right in the center, yet remarkably quiet. Everything was in good order and attention to detail was superb. The Christmas decorations added an extra touch of magic to our trip. The kitchen was well-equipped and the balcony/terrace was a fantastic feature. Perfect for a getaway in the Peak District. We can't wait to come back! The hosts were fantastic, providing a warm welcome box and being extremely communicative and helpful. There was virtually nothing to fault about the flat or its contents. The drying and boot room downstairs were a real bonus for us as walkers. We would definitely use this place again, it was top-notch!
